Urban Artist - Thomas Thorspecken

 I just got a book called "Urban Sketching" that was written by Thomas "Thor" Thorspecken.  He is an artist who lives in Florida, who draws urban scenes in Orlando. It is really interesting because it's all about creating art from your local surroundings.  A lot of times art represents idealized scenes of nature or portraiture. However, in this case, it's all about what is really happening where you live.  Representing things that are occurring right now, instead of something from the past.  This book also features different artists with their tips and how they view the same subject.
